JALAPENO BURGERS
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 medium Jalapeño peppers, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
6 sourdough rolls, split, buttered
Topped with:
Tomatoes, bacon, Swiss cheese
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine ground beef, onion, cilantro, butter, Worcestershire sauce, peppers, garlic, Tabasco sauce and Montreal Steak Seasoning in a large bowl; mix well. Form into 6 patties. Grill 8 - 10 minutes or until done. Grill rolls until toasted. Place burger on roll and top as desired.
Makes 6 servings.
