1 1/2 lbs. ground venison,
1 lb hot bulk pork sausage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 hamburger buns, toasted

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate several hours. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Form meat into 4 patties, grill 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Place burger on bun and top as desired.
