GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Salt
1 can mushroom soup
2 (1lb) cans string beans
1 cup grated cheese
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Add onions and cook until slightly brown; add salt and soup. Drain beans, wash with cool water. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish, pour sauce over and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
