TEXAS POTATOES

 

3 (10 oz) pkgs. Frozen Hash Browns
1 large onion, sliced finely
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 box corn flakes, crushed

Mix first seven ingredients together. Top with corn flakes and dribble with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
