BARBEQUE POTATOES & CORN
4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
2 ears of corn, cleaned, cut in half
2 medium onions, peeled, sliced
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup butter or margarine, sliced into 8 pieces
4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
1 large foil cooking bag
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir to coat. Transfer ingredients to foil bag and seal edge tightly. Place on grill and cover, turning every 10 minutes. Remove when potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes. Serve with additional jalapeno and BBQ sauce, if desired.
