BARBECUED SPARE RIBS
2 slabs marinated ribs
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
4 quarts water
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
Overnight, marinate ribs on each side with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Cover and refrigerate until morning. In a deep boiler add water, marinated ribs, celery, bell pepper and onions. Boil for 90 minutes. Place ribs on grill, braising or browning them slowly and evenly on each side.
Dip ribs in Sweet Magee's Bar-B-Que Sauce or your own favorite sauce.
Makes 3 - 4 servings
