1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 bay leaves, finely crumbled
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3 cups beef broth
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
3-4 pounds pork ribs

Blend salt and next 4 ingredients in a large saucepan. Slowly stir in hot pepper and Worcestershire sauces until mustard dissolves. Stir in vinegar and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook a few minutes. Pour into a container and cover. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, place ribs on a grill over hot coals and brush with basting sauce. Baste ribs frequently while cooking.
