CAJUN BUTTER
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) melted butter
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 to 3 drops of Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
