Daddy Mac Chicken:

This is the chicken that my Grandfather made whenever we visited. One of the hardest meats to flavor (chicken), he figured it out with his marinade and baste.

For this walk-through you'll need:

  1. 2-3 lbs of your favorite chicken. Skinless, boneless, white or dark.
  2. 1 bottle of Daddy Mac's Chicken Sauce.
  3. 1 large bowl, 1 small bowl.
  4. 1 basting brush.

Daddy Mac Chicken Marinade

Start by pouring most of the bottle into a small bowl for basting and pouring the rest into a larger bowl to dip the chicken in before placing on the grill.

Dip Chicken into Marinade

Dip the chicken into the marinade you have in the large bowl. Make sure you submerge it well and get the whole piece.
